CPH01 Data Center
Located in Denmark’s capital, the 8,000 m² CPH01 facility represents one of the region’s key hyperscale data center developments. Liongate Consulting supported the MEP subcontractor, SUIR, under the main contractor SISK, providing comprehensive programme and resource consultancy. Our scope covered detailed electrical man-hour calculations, labour histograms, and programme man-hour allocation, ensuring accurate planning and delivery sequencing. We also developed the electrical baseline programme and oversaw programme acceptance, aligning the build schedule with client expectations and site realities for a smooth delivery process.

For the CPH01 Data Center project, we supported the delivery team with a full set of programme and resource planning services. Our scope included detailed electrical man-hours calculations, labour histograms, and programme man-hours assignment to reflect real installation effort. We also developed the electrical baseline programme and led the programme acceptance process, ensuring alignment between SUIR (MEP subcontractor), SISK (main contractor), and client requirements. Our work helped establish a clear, realistic, and coordinated delivery sequence for the 8,000 m² facility.
