What are your main services?
Planning, scheduling and project controls for data centre projects. Delay analysis and programme review can be included in an agreed scope.
Which locations do you support?
The UK and Europe are our primary markets, with US projects also an active focus. Availability and delivery arrangements are agreed for each engagement.
Can you review an existing programme?
Yes. A schedule health check can be scoped around the programme and project records you already have.
What should I send first?
The project name, required service and a brief description are enough to start. Add the location, stage and desired start date if known.
Should I upload project files with an enquiry?
Please start with a short description. We agree a suitable confidential exchange route for programmes and project documents separately.
Do you provide BIM and technical commissioning services?
These are related specialist disciplines. We can discuss a separately agreed scope with suitable consultants; our core work is planning and project controls.
How are fees and timescales agreed?
We clarify the brief, information available and deliverables, then agree commercial terms and timing before work begins.
