Located in the Yondr Redkite campus, this Building C development required full programme management support for the MEP contractor, Jones Engineering, under the main contractor ISG. Liongate Consulting managed the complete programme structure, ensuring buildability, procurement alignment, and realistic delivery logic from the outset.
We collaborated closely with Jones Engineering’s project and commercial teams, updating sequencing, durations, and methodology to reflect live site progress and evolving client requirements.
